On-premises IT services for regulated institutions
Your infrastructure.
Your data.
Our expertise.
IPTREK designs, deploys and supports the systems that run inside your network — service management, monitoring, databases and the security around them. Nothing we build requires your data to leave your building.
What we do
Four capabilities, one operating model
Most institutions buy these from four different suppliers and spend the difference on making them talk to each other. We deliver them as one estate, on your infrastructure, with the joins already built.
Capability 01
Service Management & Support Operations
Ticketing, asset control and change management for IT departments that carry an audit obligation. One record that links the request, the machine, the licence and the person who approved it.
- Service desk and incident management
- Asset, licence and contract registers
- Change control with an auditable trail
- Defect and issue tracking
Capability 02
Infrastructure & Data-Centre Monitoring
Know that something failed before your customers tell you. Servers, network, storage, databases and branch infrastructure watched continuously, with alerting your operations team trusts enough to act on.
- Continuous infrastructure and network monitoring
- Branch and multi-site coverage
- Executive and operational dashboards
- Alerts that become tracked work automatically
Capability 03
Database Administration & Data Resilience
The systems of record — kept fast, kept patched, kept recoverable. Administration, clustering, migration, backup and a disaster recovery plan that has actually been tested.
- Database administration and performance tuning
- High availability and clustering
- Backup, recovery and restore testing
- Migration, ETL and disaster recovery planning
Capability 04
Network & Information Security
The perimeter around everything above, and the encryption inside it. Firewall deployment, network segmentation, secure remote access, and certificate lifecycle management that does not depend on memory.
- Firewall and router deployment
- Network segmentation and secure remote access
- SSL/TLS certificate enrolment and configuration
- Certificate expiry tracking and renewal
How it fits together
One estate, not five purchases
The value is not in any single platform. It is in the fact that a monitoring alert becomes a tracked ticket, that ticket is linked to an asset with a known owner, the work appears in a governed backlog, and the database underneath it all is replicated and provably recoverable.
Tailored to your size and risk profile, then configured into the tools rather than filed as a document.
Detection becomes a ticket, a ticket is linked to an asset, and work becomes traceable from alert to closure.
Because everything above is only as reliable as the data layer it depends on.
The method above the estate
Four capabilities are delivered. One method decides how.
PRINCE2 Agile is not a platform we install on your servers. It is the management framework we work to — the discipline that decides what gets authorised, when a stage may proceed, and how you evidence it afterwards. It has a section of its own here because it is a different kind of thing from the systems above.
Projects
PRINCE2 Agile
Work with a beginning, an end and a defined product. Assessed, tailored to your size and risk profile, then configured into your delivery tooling rather than filed as a document.

Services
ITIL, implicitly
Work that continues indefinitely and is measured by availability. You inherit its shape by running a service desk properly — GLPI already encodes it, so we configure it rather than sell it.
How that works →
The two are complements. A change approved at a PRINCE2 stage boundary should become an ITIL change record when it reaches production — the join most organisations leave open.

Why on-premises
The question is not where it runs. It is who it answers to.
Cloud platforms are convenient. But convenience is bought with control, and for an institution answerable to a regulator, a board or a customer, control is the product.
- Jurisdiction — your data stays under the law you operate under, not somebody else’s.
- Continuity — your service desk works when your internet does not.
- Autonomy — open-source platforms mean no licence can be withdrawn or repriced.
- Evidence — you can show an auditor the whole path, because you own all of it.
How we work
Assess, install, integrate, train, support
Assess and scope
We look at what you actually have — the estate, the current tooling, the constraints and the obligations you are working under. The output is a written scope with the unknowns identified, not hidden.
Install and configure
Deployment on your infrastructure, hardened, integrated with your directory, and configured to your process rather than left at vendor defaults.
Integrate
The connections between systems — directory, monitoring, ticketing, delivery tooling and databases — built and tested so the estate behaves as one system.
Train and hand over
Your people trained on the system as configured, with documentation, so operation does not depend on us or on one internal expert.
Clients
Who we work with
Banks and financial institutions
Core systems, branch networks and back-office platforms, under internal audit and regulatory scrutiny. The sector we know best.
Insurers and regulated financial firms
Multi-branch asset estates, policy and claims systems, and long data-retention obligations.
Enterprises with their own IT department
Organisations that run their own estate and want specialist capability on call rather than a function outsourced.
Platforms we deploy and support
Established open-source platforms, deployed inside your network. We install, integrate and support them — you own the result, and none of them carries a licence that can be withdrawn.
